We aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. It may take 5-7 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship as quickly as possible for the Waffle Nation. 

For all exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 5-7 days to ship, however this is not common. We appreciate your patience and support! We make sure to maintain an extremely high overall customer service rating for the Waffle Nation.

After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Nice Waffle Merch does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.

RETURNS 

Due to the overwhelming demand for our exclusive NiceWaffles merchandise, we are currently unable to offer refunds. Our team has carefully considered this decision, and there are a few key reasons for this policy:

1. High Demand: Our limited-edition products are created in small batches to maintain exclusivity, and they often sell out quickly. This makes restocking specific items challenging, which in turn affects our ability to process refunds.
2. Customization: Many of our items are personalized or made-to-order, which means that they are uniquely crafted just for you. Due to the nature of these customizations, we are unable to accept returns on these items.
3. Quality Assurance: We stand by the quality of our products and ensure that each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping. This meticulous process allows us to maintain high standards and consistently deliver top-notch merchandise.
